Together, we'll discuss why understanding this name change is a game-changer for getting the real answers and targeted care you actually deserve.

We'll also connect the dots between oral health and hormones, diving into the mouth-body connection and the link between oral systemic health, inflammation, and insulin resistance.

Join me this week, as I sit down with Nadine Artemis, founder of Living Libations, to explore the power of botanical skincare and oil cleansing for true skin microbiome health.

We break down why harsh detergents strip your natural barrier and how high-quality botanical oils act as a magnet to lift impurities, clear acne, and restore your biological glow without chemical residues.

We also demystify skincare trends like slugging and seven-skin layering, while shifting the conversation around safe sun exposure and red light.

If you have ever thought about ditching the harsh chemicals and transitioning your skincare routine to a more natural, botanical source, this one's for you!

Intuitive Eating for Menopause: Supporting vs. Punishing Your Body | Anne Poirier

Are you struggling with menopause, weight gain, and tired of toxic diet culture? Can you reject traditional weight loss obsession and still want to lift heavy, build muscle, and optimize your midlife wellness?

In this episode, body image expert and Intuitive Eating Counselor Anne Poirier drops by to unpack how the wellness space got polarized. Somewhere along the way, body acceptance started getting interpreted as "you shouldn't care about your health," while wanting to feel strong, vibrant, and confident in your own skin got labeled as vanity or diet culture. Anne and Missy dive deep into the nuance of this conversation, showing why these two ideas don't have to be opposites—you can love your body exactly as it is while still prioritizing muscle mass, optimized lab results, and proper hormone health.

Anne shares powerful insights on overcoming decades of body shame through body neutrality, while Missy breaks down the vital science behind estradiol drops and how Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) supports your changing biology. Plus, they explore the messy middle ground of GLP-1 peptides, discussing how microdosing can safely quiet "food noise" to act as a supportive metabolic tool rather than a tool for self-punishment.

If you're ready to stop the constant self-criticism, bridge the gap between empowerment and health, and find a sustainable middle ground that gives your body permission to feel strong and capable, this one is for you!
